Yum! I too, love the crispy edges. I have a version of pan fried chicken very similar to yours. I add parmesan cheese to the panko. Love your Foodie Fridays!🍗🧀

Mmhhmm homemade Mac and cheese!! We have this at every holiday meal and sometimes in between! I’ll use 1/2 velveeta and 1/2 sharp cheddar in the cheese sauce though. My family likes it extra creamy. And I’ll cut 6-8 slices bacon up (raw) and sprinkle over the top. When the bacon is done, the Mac/cheese is done. After years of making it, this is what it’s evolved to lol!!! If you have a kitchinaid mixer, you can buy the add ons and they have a cheese 🧀 greater, and let me tell you. So much faster and less pain in our hands. (My husband's Mac and cheese is almost like yours.

Great Foodie Friday! Now that is a meal close to this Texas girls heart. You dont see too many people actually make a bechamel sauce, that is the key to the best mac and cheese. What a delicious meal... Another tip to check if ur oil its ready is to place a wooden spoon in the oil and when the wooden spoon begins to bubble the oil its ready. 😉👍

First time watching. If I could make Mac and cheese I would so do this recipe, love all the seasonings. Could make it for my husband and son although husband would not want just macaroni, he’s a meat and potatoes kind of guy. 🧡

Your Mac and cheeses recip is very similar to what I make. I am going to try the doctoring it up like you did. I crushed ritz crackers and mixed with butter and placed on the top, yum!

I’m so sorry I missed foodie Friday because I cook every Friday with you but unfortunately my husband the children and I are positive for covid so we are not feeling so hot right now so I’m glad I canned some things and freezed some things in case situations but unfortunately I can’t taste anything right now and we all have mild symptoms much love from the Shay family when we get back on our feet I will be cooking along with you again I will let you know when I’m back cooking with you

My cookware is from Caraway. I will be honest, it is very pricey and was given to me as a promo. It really is great cookware though. I have also heard there is a dupe set at Sam’s Club.
