Homeless in Napa

The Napa County Continuum of Care Board assisted in creating this video to provide some perspective about homeless in the Napa community.
What is a Continuum of Care?
A Continuum of Care is a systematic approach to resolving homelessness. It coordinates the activities of a whole community around strategies for preventing and ending homelessness, avoids duplication of effort, and directs resources towards their best use.
The vision is that every person has access to safe decent, and affordable housing with comprehensive services that result in self sufficiency and well being.
