The Gracie's have the best break down on breath work . That's why they are so successful in long Jujitsu bouts they don't breath emotionally they empty the diagram an lungs totally with carbon dioxide then on intake U get more oxygen in . The technique is so interesting

I'd imagine Box Breathing. 4 seconds in, hold for 4 seconds, 4 seconds out, hold for 4 seconds.
