They probably do... slightly. It is on about a 14 second loop, repeating endlessly, so the clouds are real, but the actual video content very short.

I didn't Greta Garbo Home for Wayward Boys and Girls the clouds at all and just the noise makes no contradiction and although it's on loop you get a feeling to be in the very moment. Whoever did this video it works perfectly and is absolutely relaxing. Ten stars.
