    You put in your silver dry on the foil, pour baking soda, a pinch of salt and hot boiling water. Let it soak, do it's thing for like 10 minutes. Then you scrub a bit with old soft bristle tooth brush and dish soap. Don't do these on coins as some collectors don't like scrubbed coins it loses value. The part I was missing for good results were the salt, letting it marinade and finishing with dish soap. You can also use a hair drier to finish off.

    you just took silver off your jewlery ,the tarnish is silver oxide you just removed your silver,Tarnex is not harsh it converts silver oxide back into silver!
