Sorry I'll take this advice and try to expand my search in the future since I didn't have much time I had to narrow my search up a bit.

It was already confirmed by jue that (Female rover) is Lady arbiter and yes the theories are basically correct. And that everything jue does and learned was commanded and taught by Lady arbiter herself. (Rover) MEANING ROVER WAS IN FACT THE GREAT GREAT GREAT GRANNIE OF THERE
