If we wanna call facts it's crazy to think that SK is still angry at Japan for being colonized for 35 years. Meanwhile we never really gave hate to Spain who colonized us for 333 years, to America colonizing PH for 48 years and Japan for 3 years. To Koreans let that sink in. Stop the hate. Many Filipino Citizen criticised his decision. He expressed that he too was wronged by the Japanese but nevertheless stood by his decision to pardon them.
“I should be the last one to pardon them as the Japanese killed my wife and three children, and five other members of my family,” he stated. “[But] I am doing this because I do not want my children and my people to inherit from me the hate for people who might yet be our friends for the permanent interest of our country.”

I have to say that this youtuber's translation is imperfect. SBS didn't say Filipinos need to have mature response. It could be interpreted like this: "(we as Koreans) need to have mature response (like the Filipinos did)." These parts were omitted and implied in the reporter's speech. The reporter said right before that that the reponse of the Filipinos were witty parodies to the hateful and damaging posts of some Koreans. The report was quite objective and everything that was shown were the reporter's attempt to provoke Koreans' concern on this issue and to bring out the damage and immorality of the hateful posts from Korea. Trust me, the negative light was only casted upon those Korean netizens. This CZcamsr guy is obviously only fanning the flames and getting the attentions for himself while incorrectly representing Korean media. Korean media is not that stupid and uneducated. I appreciate that this youtuber is more mature than that Jitler guy but he also needs to mature more and stop fanning the flames with unnecessary/inaccurate contents.

When they were the ones who attacked our flag first(figuratively and literally), and that was already after a half Filipina, who doesn't even live in the Philippines, has apologized for her mistake. How they reported it would make people look at the Philippines in a different light, showing one video of a Korean ripping a Philippine flag, versus 4 vids of the Filipinos ripping Korea's flag? One of which is not even a the flag of Korea, but a logo of Pepsi(but pixelating it made it look the Korean Flag). Im just saying..... They are professionals who could have delivered the news better and clearer, in a way that people won't be misinterpreting it.
