    Very well done. I’m going to buy one soon. I only have one hand so no more pounding nails or driving screws anymore.

    I got the same nailer. I pre ordered it when they first came out. What a great nailer. I always carry a few extra strips of nails in one of my pockets and once I shoot 5 or 6 nails, I can slip another strip in. I also got the finish nailer, it works just as good as this one does. Milwaukee did a great job on these nailers. I haven't had any issues with either one of them.

      It really is a great nailer. I've learned the hard way to carry extra strips of nails with me. Still bugs me you have to drop another $100 to get a 2 strip magazine though.

    Love the honesty. A lot of CZcamsrs wanna reinvent themselves or exaggerate their skill sets. Unfortunately there’s a lot of people who buy it because they’re on CZcams which is crazy to me. Bought this one about 2 years ago to put up a 48X60 post frame shop. Nailer worked flawlessly even after I dropped it a few times. This nailer also sold me on the M18 fuel system, love it. Alos picked up the M18 screw gun and the M18 table saw is in my near future. If there is any drawback to the nailer, it is that it doesn't hold enough nails, seemed I was always stopping to reload. Not a deal breaker, just an annoyance.

      For the longest time, I thought DeWALT was the best on the market...until I bought this Milwaukee nailer. I really hate the size of the nail magazine, but it is just a well built tool otherwise. I've started getting other Milwaukee tools to fill in the gaps. You will love the 18 guage nailer if it's anything like the framing nailer.

      Get it, Milwaukee dominates the nailers game right now, I have this one21 framing, the 15 finish, 17 brad, 18 narrow crown stapler and the 23 pin nailer. All of them are just perfect.

    I have a lot of Milwaukee tools, and a few of their smaller nailers. I have used other people's Milwaukee Framing Nailers in the past, and finally ordered my own. I got it today and tried to shoot a few nails through it. Unfortunately a majority of the nails are proud from 1/4 inch to 1 whole inch, and some of them bend. I did everything it said in the book about clearing jams and anything else that is in the limited info in the book, but nothing changed.
    Have you had that problem?

    • @levelupself

      What nails are you using? There's also a depth gauge at the front.

    • @TheWoodHaven
      @TheWoodHaven  Před rokem

      The only time I have seen that is when I hit a knot or another nail under the board I'm attaching. Wood on Wood, this never happens for me.
      The nails should only be proud within the range you can adjust.

      @@TheWoodHaven I figured it out. I bought a box of nails from HD, that had been opened. I got them at a 40% discount. the outside of the box is marked 30 deg. However, someone had slipped a few 21 deg nail strips in the box, and I was not paying that much attention to the strips when I was inserting them into the magazine. So, that was an easy fix.

      They shoot different types of nails, and in some places the local codes mandate you use one or the other. The 21 deg is actually limited to the nails you can shoot, while the 30 gives you a few choices.
