- I loved the time I had with this van and my experience with vanlife or #vanlife was overall awesome. I do still feel the lifestyle is over glamorized here on the internet but my real world experience was amazing and I would not trade the time I had in the moments I had it. It definitely had a special place during a special time in my life.
Thanks for watching, and if you don't mind... I am heading off to the next chapter in this novel that is my life... I know that sounds kinda dramatic, it's just a vehicle Hahahaha but it was a really awesome vehicle.

I totally get it. Just starting the process of re-homing my truck-camper rig. Its the way to go, as you'll have both a truck and a mobile adventure platform. But, the people you meet in the process of selling...Yikes! One lady wanted to know if I thought she would be better with her truck or mine...lady, I'm selling my truck and camper as a combo...why are we talking about your truck? Everyone wants to lowball a guy, and they have no idea what they are talking about. Its an over the top rig, and worth it. Good luck in your adventures.

You got alot of patience man! Just tried listing my 99 silverado and literally had everyone wasting my time in the same way. They were all super concerned over the mechanical shape of the truck and blah blah lol. I just decided to keep it and drive it! Shes my favorite truck! Guess I just get to fix the little things and enjoy!

Great story on selling your van. I like the buying process much better than selling. We are currently RVing in a truck camper with a Ram 3500. You’ll like the amenities and how easy it is to get around. My Ram is the 6.7 and has much more power than my previous 7.3. It’s actually pretty easy to work on and parts are readily accessible and the forums have the answers to everything I’ve ever needed to know. The truck camper is a Lance 915 and has been great. My only advice is to avoid something with a front window. I had a few false starts buying something only to find water leaked and rotted the front structure. Arizona should be a great place to find something decent! Good luck!

Thanks for giving me an update on what to expect if I sell my van. No one should have to go through that kind of hassle, especially in this hot sellers market. Don't hold cash too long. High price of diesel should get you a great price on a truck soon as soon as no on can afford fuel any more.

Would you be interested in a 2004 Ford F250 Lariet with a 94 cummins diesel 5.9 liter engine? The diesel has about 150k and the truck has about 200k. I put the engine in about 5 years ago.
When i listed my 4runner 4 sale back in 2017 i had so many times that wasted my time and i was only asking 5k and thats with a then ca legal 4.3 swap sased etc glad you found someone to buy it

I've noticed the same when selling a camper van. I tell people it's built for 1 to be comfortable. Then 2 show up and spend an hour trying to figure out how it will work. Also had 1 come and wonder if van life was for her.

I use the term for some of my vehicles as "becoming part of the family". Some that I have sold did not affect me much. Others I still have regrets.
