Charcoal can interfere with medications. Also yeah, squid ink has flavour and therefore it's not suited for every dish but that's exactly why it pairs well with some things, it's giving the food direction, not limits. You can buy eggs with that colour yolks from the store. I can at least, and I bought them in my local supermarket. All colour denotes is the amount of carotene in their diet. That looks like something that was chillin in my wood stove
Probably mentioned already, but charcoal can mess with medicine absorption. That might not apply to this specific charcoal, but if it's activated charcoal, it will hinder absorption of medicines by attracting the active ingredients of some, if not most medicines. People on SSRIs should be particularly cautious.

You should make peanut butter jelly pasta
Charcoal can interfere with medications. Also yeah, squid ink has flavour and therefore it's not suited for every dish but that's exactly why it pairs well with some things, it's giving the food direction, not limits. Lastly, traditionally, squid ink pasta doesn't have squid ink in the dough, but in the condiment, although it can be added to dough (although usually it's either linguine, that can be fresh pasta, or spaghetti, which usually are dried and not homemade pasta). That being said, I don't eat squid ink so i will try this sometime when i'm off my meds I guess :)
If day 14 happens, I think that would be a good day to mark as the final in the series because it would be a fortnight of doubling yolks.

the issue is charcoal makes a lot of meds not work. good idea just to anyone else trying, be careful, it can be dangerous to your health if you have important meds
That's only activated charcoal, as it bonds with many medications. Normal charcoal should be fine.
@@terradagon258 if you stop in the right moment you see activated charcoal powder and that's what he used
@@michaelmuller9461 I figured it was, but couldn't read it.
Yeah like a LOT of medications, in general you shouldn't eat charcoal if you're taking a necessary prescription.
It’s also gritty
you know those aren’t store bought eggs when the yolks are that color, whoever’s chickens laid those takes amazing care of their pets
Edit: thanks for the likes y’all!!! 🤠
Fr fr
You can buy eggs with that colour yolks from the store. I can at least, and I bought them in my local supermarket. All colour denotes is the amount of carotene in their diet. Colour is not an indicator of quality. You could have the worst treated chickens in the world and as long as you add something like beta-carotene to their feed, their yolks will be a beautiful orange.
French Maran chickens lay dark colored yolks the breed dictates the color not their treatment a buff Orrington or sex link will never lay an egg with a yolk darker than what their genetics allow
Is that where the yolks are so orange?
@@kagome1000o Basically yes. Breed does have somerthing to do with it too, but you can make any chicken's eggs darker yellow / orange with carotene
I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw his shirt

If you don't slap your pasta after you done with it, it won't taste the same when you serve it.
The entire reason I liked the video
Its an instinct to slap something like that.

Right?! I have my own chickens and I’ve never gotten eggs that color 😅
Everyone: discussing the effects of charcoal
My dumbass: There's edible charcoal??
I thought they were tomatoes. Yes I’m an idiot
They are duck eggs. More Yolk than white and are typically a richer color.
Due to the food chicken eat like corn...

You should try to make the world record for the longest or smallest noodle
Activated Charcoal is a remedy for poison control/OD. My emt instructor said to avoid using it if possible and if I do use it to avoid the tastebuds. Because if people taste it they often throw up right away. So respect to you ig.

I thought those eggs were tomatoes. Beautiful color.
Happy Eggs in the blue carton. They're heritage breed and they are by far the best eggs I've ever had in the US. The blue eggs themselves are also fun. Most major grocery stores carry them.

Dude, you should start a donation page or ask people to donate through CZcams, there are so many people on this series it’s insane!
I don't think the issue is the cost, it's the pure supply
You have to get thousands of eggs, all of which only last a certain amount of time and need to all be distributed and served within that small time period
It's logistically a huge feat
Dudes hogging most of the worlds eggs 💀☠️
@@robosnipercat6960 I didnt consider that somehow, I cant imagine where you could get that many eggs
I've been craving a good pasta dish lately, and I've never tried homemade pasta before, so this is tempting
I highly recommend it. I tried it a month ago and it was the best pasta I’d ever had. Granted the process making it makes me hesitant to try again, the flavor alone overrides that hesitation easily
Just go with some Mac n cheese...
@@BriChuhime-sama are you referring to the charcoal pasta?. Is it good.
@@ashbin7393The guy in the video said charcoal is flavorless, so it will taste the same as any other pasta.
