Samsung tablet has palm rejection feature and it comes with free Samsung notes option with a S pen (stylus). I record my videos with Samsung tab. We can import PDF s too into samsung notes. Record ur video and audio seperately and using any video editor we can merge screen recording and our video. But my doubt is....can we connect our Android tablet with OBS studio???
Yes my tablet is samsung s7fe ..and I connect my Samsung tab with obs by ..video capture device and USB hub...

Samsung Notes is a complete package. Dont need any other app.
I connect it to PC using Spacedesk. But then Palm Rejection doesnt work.
