The thing is though, they fill the cups with a bunch of ice, so depending on how much ice there is, it might not be a huge difference in size. I got one the other day, finished it, then grabbed a 12oz can of coke from my fridge and it filled it up most of the way.

Let's say you're going with your friends to McDonald's, and you're on a diet but you wanna go anyway, you just order a salad, and they order whatever they want.

I'm Canadian I had to move to the states when I was 15 and when I went to McDonald's for the first time I could not believe the difference between the two mainly the health difference.
Fun fact: the salad was discontinued in some areas. but from a current McDonalds employee if you want a grilled chicken salad order a deluxe McCrispy without the bun or mayo, add extra lettuce tomato and onion with ranch or honey mustard on the side.
I definitely get that it's the same thing but I'd call two differences on the nuggets thing. First would be that you could walk up to mcds here and literally say "I'd like a 40 piece nugget", like it's on the menu. And this I'm not actually sure about but, I'd assume that it's probably a little cheaper then just getting 4 10 pieces, because typically places take a little money off for bulk purchases.

You seriously can't be blamed. I'm portuguese, spent 3 months there....and I COUDLN'T avoid fast food for the most part. It's so cheap and the doses are huge. Where I'm from there's a lot of brick and mortar places where you can buy meditarreanean disshes for like 6$, so you can live mostly anywhere and get relatively healthy meals. I was living near Dallas, and it was tricky man. I ended up putting quite a bit of weight. So I empathize with you guys.

You seriously can't be blamed. I'm portuguese, spent 3 months there....and I COUDLN'T avoid fast food for the most part. It's so cheap and the doses are huge. Where I'm from there's a lot of brick and mortar places where you can buy meditarreanean disshes for like 6$, so you can live mostly anywhere and get relatively healthy meals. I was living near Dallas, and it was tricky man. I ended up putting quite a bit of weight. So I empathize with you guys.
