- A 4K walking tour of University of Pennsylvania campus!
The University of Pennsylvania (also known as Penn or UPenn) is a private Ivy League research university in Philadelphia. While the university dates its founding to 1740, it was created by Benjamin Franklin and leading Philadelphia citizens in 1749. It is the fourth-oldest institution of higher education in the United States and is ranked among the highest-regarded universities by numerous organizations and scholars.
Throughout its existence, Penn alumni, trustees, and/or faculty have included 8 signers of the Declaration of Independence, 7 signers of the U.S. Constitution, 2 Presidents of the United States, 3 Supreme Court justices, 32 U.S. senators, 163 members of the U.S. House of Representatives, 12 U.S. Cabinet Secretaries, 46 governors, and 9 foreign heads of state. Alumni and or faculty include 36 Nobel laureates and 33 Rhodes Scholars. Penn alumni have won 28 Tony Awards, 16 Grammy Awards, 11 Emmy Awards, and 4 Academy Awards and include one of only 17 people who have earned all 4 awards (an EGOT). In addition, Penn has the greatest number of alumni on the Forbes 400 list of the wealthiest Americans out of all colleges and has the greatest number of undergraduate billionaire alumni of all colleges, with 64 living billionaires, 28 of whom are alumni of Penn's undergraduate schools.

@@CampusMania well back then I just went there to visit my sister in her dorm, she lived in the Quad for her first year and then moved to other dorms in different areas. Would go there pretty much every other weekend and considered it “a mini vacation” (my parents were strict back then and didn’t let me go anywhere out of state except to visit my sis). Loved everything about it and how close it was to Center City. I was a community college dropout back then lol so I got my “college experience” through these moments. 10 years later I became a Penn Student and I studied biology. Didn’t see that coming at all but I’m glad to be able to have my own experience separate from my sister’s. I am taking a long break due to family issues but watching this video takes me back to those good old times where we would chill there, drinking Starbucks and eating Insomnia cookies we got from the cart near Drexel and not have to worry about classes (or at least I didn’t at that time lol)

Thank you! Yes, I enjoyed walking around this campus. It was a bummer that I couldn't get into the student housing area. This is probably the most beautiful part of the campus. But I got some drone footage for it.

Thank you Ethan & Alex! I try to do both drone and walking tours of everything. If you have seen a walking tour for a University and not a drone tour, then expect the drone tour to come out soon! The ones that won't have drone tours are the ones where drones are restricted, like the last two videos I posted for Universities in Egypt. Drones are illegal in Egypt, so you won't see drone tours for Cairo University and Ain Shams University anytime soon. When I started the channel it was all about drone tours and then I decided to expand. So, for all the earlier videos, I'll try to go back and shoot walking tours at those places. The standard now is you should expect drone and walking tours for all the Universities I'm visiting in the United States. I hope this answers your question!

@@CampusMania no, was in vacation. destination is still NYC, but made a turn at Allentown, then traveled along i95 corridor.
