I tried the bagel recipe this last weekend and I loved it! It’s so easy to make. The only thing was I forgot cream cheese so instead of it being an everything bagel I did cinnamon sugar!

Are Celsius energy drinks? I have seen them everywhere and I can’t tell if they are or not
Yes, they are energy drinks. I decided to try them after watching Gracie’s video and developed terrible heart palpitations-I felt terrible afterwards. I’ve had energy drinks before and never felt that way. Just be cautious if you try obviously.

Yes they are, I absolutely love them and they have so many different flavors (carbonated and non-carbonated)

Gracie why do you refer to your showers as “body” showers?
Monty, body showers: you are just washing your body down after working out (your hair may not need to be washed). Full shower includes washing your hair and everything else.
Yup. It means not washing your hair. Also remember my grandmother saying it - she was from the era where you would go to the salon and get a "set"
Thanks girl the explanation guys!! Next question ... why not just call it a shower? Not sure why the distinction is necessary.
