  • Velocity based training what is it? And why do people think it is the future Olympic weightlifting and sports performance training? The idea is that the faster you move the bar and faster the reading is by the device, the more power output you have when lifting. Today we will be giving our thoughts on velocity based training and review Tendo Unit, Gymaware, and Push. We'll tell you how you can use Velocity Based Training and GET RESULTS WITH ZERO💰

Thanks for the Reminder Dane. I just purchased a system due to me switching my training to cater to athletes. Ill definitely keep my focus on the basics until I get that program squared away.

Yeah we know. Really annoying and we are reporting them. Thank you for the kind words and showing support. We totally understand the numbers lol We love chasing that faster speed, it's so satisfying 😂 Are there any other types videos you would like more about in training?

@@GarageStrength Hmm Ill have a think on it my own training kind of fills out all my own needs and desires that said im curious on experts takes on the order vs chaos thing I know a lot of people who have done tremendously well on going by feel and as many by a strict program and regimen im firmly in the former but im a longtime lifter who isnt doing any set sport. itd be interesting to see pros and cons from a coaches POV. and possibly pertaining to people who are at that awkward intermediate level.

The logical fallacy here is there Dane is assuming that people using VBT always want to move the bar as fast as possible.

Couldn't you program vbt for a slower speed?

These velocity based training devices are just to expensive.
