Idk what the science is behind them but I think thereâs something about actually seeing the money that makes you more mindful of your spending and saving. Anywho⊠you can find them on Amazon, Temu and Etsy. Iâve gotten all of mine on Amazon. Search for them as âA6 budget binderâ. Hope that helps â€ïž
