That’s precisely how you train for distance running. The body is amazing, as long as you’re pushing boundaries it will become stronger and provide more endurance for the next time out. I love it!! It’s cool that she does the laughing, joking buddybuddy workouts with her mother but the real gains come with some pain. Coach Prime understands that process on a World Class Level.
My Daddy trained me too for basketball and now I am a Hall of Fame at an black college. So awesome. Coach Prime is a great Daddy to all his kids and Coach with God's favor on his life!

What you have to respect here is that he is teaching his children to excel and be prepared for everything in life, doing what a REAL parent does. He isn't attacking her, he is providing her with useful information and walking her through the process.
This moment reminded me of my Dad and how he coached me in everything growing up. Always there, pushing and motivating me. In pain or not, CP is always there and that’s what I admire about him and my Dad.

Baby, the way I was rooting for baby girl and yelling...let's go don't stop. You did excellent!! Please keep us posted on your progress. No. You can't just get out there and run a mile. Remember breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. Here's a suggestion Bossy: Take two quick breaths in (through the nose)...and one long breath out. I'm a runner and another runner taught me that technique. Started running from a lamp post to the next. then walk...then repeat. Then I went from one mile to three miles. CP is right. Deion is a shining star when it comes to hands on with his kids. My father was kind to almost everyone. But, he forgot to be a father to 4 wonderful children that he fathered. We never heard the words I love you. Never heard if he was proud of us. Never mentored by him. He worked hard everyday of his life yet he owned nothing when he left this world. My single parent mother did her best. We thrive and have done well in life. I love to see these videos where Deion literally touches, hugs, discipline, encourage, and motivate the seeds he planted on this earth. An amazing man, second to no one!

Say, like start at beginning of his sport up to moments like this...he remained active, planning, organizing, managing, training, supporting, coaching....inspiringly encouraging others. His legacy continues to expand. He is a remarkable man of faith.

Understand, Yahweh, not I wrote the Torah {scripture} that we are to serve with our whole heart. Football Honors the Lord How? Sports in general Honor the Lord How? Rap music Honors the Lord How?
It is not for his Glory that it is played, it is for ours. Read your word, Anything that is not for the Glory of the Lord is Sin.
Our duty is first to serve the Lord and then all else will follow and it will be by the will of the Lord.

Are you married? Did you choose your spouse or did the Lord choose them for you (or to be in line with the Lord's teachings), did your parents choose for you? Did you lay with one another before marriage, that is Sin.
Your job, did you choose it or did the Lord? You will know that the Lord chose it for you because there will be Shalom (Peace) with your marriage, and with your job (there will be no such thing as Bills, Bills, Bills. Shalom, L'hllel, Amen.
Those are the things I missed, and dreamed of as a child growing up without a Dad.
That void which caused a pain that I still feel in my heart today is the reason why my friends and family call me a good Father to my children.
