If you have Bronya's LC, and Robin get head bumped by the dinosaur at the start, she can get her ultimate up right after Ratio first action.
Then, you whole team can move before the fat robot can inflict the slow debuff. And they still get to move twice after Robin's ult, meaning they will go 3 times in the first cycle.
