Nairobi has a very high density altitude which the co pilot may not have considered into his flare. It might have been his first time landing in Nairobi so he definitely did not mean to slam that plan down.

Daan Brandt I remember once I was flying back from Guadalajara Mexico to Chicago on AeroMexico airlines and the was slammed down also. I guess for the same reason. Everybody was like what the hell happen??

I think that's the spoilers being deployed or something to do with the landing gear, but I'm not 100% sure. But it happens are all Boeing 747 landings
I'm not sure but I think they hit the runway rather hard. Perhaps the pilot should have slowed his decent 10 or 20 feet sooner.

As everyone said, they are for adjusting the pilot sitting position so that the pilots have 50-50 vision capability to ensure they can see at a glance without moving their heads can see outside but can glance down and still also see the pfd in more so especially but not limited to t.o's and landings along with taxiing and ground operations like being able to see the guy marshalling you in.

he was bit high at the runway threshold. because of this probably he was hurried and increased decent rate which caused hard landing.
It sure was a late flare but safe...freighter planes dont care much for smooth landings as it is purely for passenger comfort
If you listen carefully you can notice the unease of the robot voice counting feet above runway. He's anticipating a hard landing.

What does "minimums" mean?
The "minimums" is the altitude at which if you have visual contact with the runway, you can continue the approach; if not, you must go around. The minimums altitude changes depending on the type of ILS. Hope this helped you :)

If it's ILS approach, how come the pilot was flying the plane manually long before the touchdown?
ILS is a guiding system. The pilot still has to fly the approach the way the the ILS tells him/her to
can i ask some question to you capt. pilot of big plane like 747 and a380 have huge amount of salary or there's no different between big and small plane like a320 to 737 just asking only because in my mind flying big plane big salary correct me if im wrong?

at 01:27 radio altemeter & barometric pressure altitude doesn't agree. let me know if its okay. since he is locked on the glide slope
Perfectly normal. Nairobi Airport is at 5300ft above mean sea level. Radio altimeter, as you probably know, indicates height directly above ground. So when the baro altimeter passes 6400, radio altimeter indicates 1100 feet. 5300 ft plus 1100 ft is 6400 ft, so that seems about right :)
he flared too late - there was a large, snappy movement back on the yoke. That didn't seem to make much difference!
