  • Nets GM Sean Marks explains how the monster deal that sent Mikal Bridges to the Knicks for a bevy of draft picks came together quickly. Marks made the decision that all that additional draft capital would help rebuild the franchise and was "our pathway to sustainable success." He expressed no reluctance about making such a monumental trade with the Nets crosstown rivals, only that it was the best move for their organization.

    That was a smart move. Why waste veteran players on a team that's going nowhere but other teams are in the playoffs. Start from scratch. I think that's a good way and rebuild your team shout out to Brooklyn Nets
