Literally every company was making multiple DJs at every price point and it seemed like it was getting bigger than BMX. NS dropped the Majesty, Dobermann had the Pinscher and slopestyle was getting huge as well. Then it just stopped out of nowhere... I didn't keep up with stuff online and came back to Pinkbike being dead and DJs being more of a specialty item that are pretty expensive. Can anyone tell me what the hell happened?!

I actually just got that frame last week from that website. Pretty nice frame for the price. Bought a used Haro off craigslist for 100 bucks and used those parts. All new bearings. Rides great.
I've always enjoyed your vids, down to earth and good riding. I'd just get a decent complete and give it to a young up and comer, instead of dealing with all those oddly matched parts. It would be kinda cool to see the custom also.

I haven't ridden in 10 years. I still have a MacNeil Deuce Deuce (22") frame in my garage, but probably a lot heavier than todays bikes and has the old school American Bottom Bracket size.
Yea next month I’m building a new personal bmx bike I’ll do a part list when i get it! I normally don’t get too expensive of parts except wheels but maybe I’ll do that!
What do you guys think about the Jet BMX Generate? I want to get into BMX and don’t know if I’ll enjoy it or not. I’m also going to be looking for used bikes, too. Most likely won’t find anything other than a walmart bike tho.
Bmx Sasa IT IS INSANE!!! i love it so much and it rides incredibly. i got the new 2021 blue one and i gotta say it’s a strong strong blue. it looks sick tho. it rides super clean, has a lot of nice oddesy parts, and is very comfortable to ride as well as fun to ride. i definitely recommend it.

In Mexico you can have a solid build for like 5000 pesos, which is like 250 or 300 dollars. There are more options for cheap bikes here
