I wish I had never heard of Dreamcloud. I knew the first day it would not work. The company is unmovable in their policy even as I wanted to return the mattress immediately. They forced me to keep it 30 days. I stopped using it the 3rd day as I had to get another mattress to be able to sleep at all (hard as a rock for a light person) 30 days went by and they are making it VERY difficult to return it and get my refund. The pick up company is ignoring me and I have to wait another 2 weeks at the very least to get my money.
any recent experiences with a mattress bought from Dreamcloud? How is the mattress? Have you tried to return and had any issues? They sound like a good option and I am about to purchase from reading comparisons on so many sites but the reviews on customer service and return policy not being upheld on their end is a total deal breaker.
I slept next to a Dreamcloud Premier and Helix Twilight Luxe. Twilight won by miles. Their cooling feature literally works through winter clothes. Almost fell asleep. It's more expensive but more worth it.
@@ericl20881 it’s pretty firm. Had it for 12 nights already. Both myself and my wife get pressure pains laying in bed watching TV, but it seems to be getting better every night. I even treated it like a treadmill and walked on it for 30m to try and get it to loosen up more. It’s pretty clear my side has softened up more so than my wife’s. . Our old mattress was a beauty rest black hybrid and I sink too much into it now that I’m hyper extending my lower back. This doesn’t do that and relieved that back pain I had from it.
I have a 6 year old Helix mattress that has developed black mold. I used a waterproof mattress cover and live in a very dry environment. I expect more out of a company like Helix. They refused to remedy the situation. Do not buy!
I Would absolutely love a mattress! My wife and 3 kids have been living out of my car the last few months and just got a new job in Texas. I'm moving across the states and don't have any furniture at all. A bed would be a blessing !

This one was almost pretty tough to choose between but luxury look and pillow top me baby!....DreamCloud it is!
DreamCloud is the "prettier" of the two no question... but once the sheets are on... they "look" the same and it all comes down to sleep comfort.

I think DreamCloud is a better deal overall. That would be my choice I think.
