It's a mix between Irish and English. You'll see the English lyrics in the captions. The way I understand them, the Irish lyrics are generally about drinking and enjoying life.

A great track. It's beautiful to see that the spirit of James Connolly and Jim Larkin are alive in the guise of Kneecap. Kudos to the great fellas of the South Bronx for giving us hip hop.
