If I'm remembering right, the mv it's mocking how korean society (society in geral tbh) says that something is inappropriate even if isn't nothing much, especially with gg. The main choreography move for their title track before this one (up and down) had to be changed in some broadcast, cz they said it was too sexual.

this is so long I hope you read this lol.
This song and video touch up on 3 important things:
1) harrassment in the work place: Hani looks innocent, appealing, representing everything expected from women, and when it abruptly changes to LE (rapper) you see that the guy is taken aback, doesnt know what to do, stuttering. It represents how men act innocent when they are confronted about their harrassment, acting like they did nothing wrong, blaming the victim, etc. You can see the mannequin's have "NO" written on them in some parts of the choreography. Basically saying no means no, also present in the lyrics.
2) Kpop industry's double standards towards women: Girl groups are held to much higher standards. EXID's most popular song is Up&Down and they had to change the hip thrusting part of their choreography to be able to perform it live on broadcast while boy groups do a lot more than hip thrusting in their choreograpies freely. Girl groups are put in tiny outfits, made to perform suggestive choreographies, but in the end they are judged, slutshamed and blamed for basically existing and being a woman meanwhile boy groups are celebrated for exposing their abs performing suggestive moves.
3) Korean censorship: They censor basically everything even if it's nothing sexual or even suggestive. You see that Jeonghwa has a CZcams channel and things in the background are censored, Same with Hyelin and Solji, just in their room and posters are censored. They are critisizing how innocent things such as having an educational CZcams channel can be seen as bad and receive censorship for no reason other than involving a woman.
"Where do you live? Do you live alone?" is actually a very popular pick up line in Korea, sometimes the very first thing a man will ask a woman when they meet or to a random woman on the street, and this kind of harrassment flows over to basically everywhere, especially the workplace. And I love the lyrics and how they openly talk about women's experience, being fed up with sexual questions, repeatedly saying no, etc. The part in the lyrics where they are seemingly being okay with their advances can be interpreted as what men see/think when women are being nice to them, how women simply existing can be a sign of invitation for them.

I swore the meaning of the video was about the sexualization of women at work. About not wearing sexy clothes and etc. And at the same time a criticism on two points, in terms of (Korean) men being slow or shy to confess to the person they love. But whenever I see the video I believe it is the first situation. Because if you ignore the lyrics of the song, the video will understand that. Sexualization etc.
