The Lord Kitchener 2 pound coins is definitely a fake.
There are at least two known Chinese fakes out there.
They were sold online as 'souvenir coins'.

yes, i have one of them. a 2015 navy that looks frosted and has the 2015 date on both sides. cannot find the kitchener one anywhere, there was one on ebay couple years ago but it went for over 50 pound which i did not expect.

i've seen that kitchener fake before, it is a chinese made fake with frosted features. surprisingly, it sold for over 50 pound on ebay. it is worth a surprising amount. i also have a 2015 chinese made navy, frosted with the 2015 date on both sides.

The Lord Kitchener £2 is definitely a fake, probably one of the ones allegedly produced in China - I have a similar fake with no edge lettering, just a milled edge.
My one is a Mary Rose £2 which also has a different date and obverse lettering to the real ones - it has quite sharp edges, and the ship and Queen's head on it are frosted and on a mirrored field.
I have no idea why these were made as this coin is actually far better in quality than the real ones.
I can't imagine there was any profit in them for the faker as they are so well made
