These days seems like world is falling apart and besides alredy existing problems comes new ones. "Think positive" is a very hard thing to do (if you can- DO IT) but I can't... I suggest to think more about the "meaning of life". Find your way to explain it but this one HAS TO BE with something happy in it! For example the way I explain / heard from tiktok and now believe it- life is like a movie, but you can't watch it again. You have only one life. Why do live this movie if it's going to end suddenly? The same reason you watch films. You don't care if that movie will end, you want to enjoy it! But life is more precious, because you can't watch it again.
