  • Spicy Keema (ground meat) sliders are perfect for your next party, picnic, luncheon! This recipe is easy and flawless!
You can prepare the filling up to 2-3 days ahead (refrigerated) and you can actually make the sliders one day ahead. If you prepare the sliders a day ahead, be sure to cover in plastic wrap and store in the fridge. Take out an hour or two before serving so they reach room temperature. You can also bake them for 5 minutes before serving, at 350 degrees. However, they taste delicious even when cold, or at room temperature.
Below is the full written recipe for your convenience. This quantity of filling can make up to 25 sliders. If you want to make more or less, just adjust the quantities accordingly.
1.5 lbs ground meat of your choice (chicken, beef, lamb, mutton, turkey)
Spices (please use according to your own taste):
    2.5 red chili flakes
    1.5 tsp cumin
    1.5 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp garam masala
Add above mentioned ingredients in a pan, along with 1 cup of water. Cover and cook for 20 minutes (or until liquids dry up) on medium high heat. Make sure to mix in between a couple of times to avoid clumps from forming. While this is boiling, take a look at the other ingredients we need, listed below.
    Other Ingredients:
    2 tbsp oil
    1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
2 hot green chilies, chopped (optional)
    1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
Mayonnaise to spread on the buns/rolls
Up to 25 dinner rolls (Hawaiian rolls are great because they are slightly sweet)
Once the water has dried up in the ground meat, add oil and sear/fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Next, add the crushed tomatoes, and sear for another 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Add the green chilies, cilantro and onion. Mix well. The filling is ready!
Now slice the small dinner rolls all together. Spread mayo generously on both side. Add the filling and spread out evenly. Cut each slider out with a knife. Stick a fancy toothpick before serving!
