How to clean this machine?
This video is just a commercial.. It doesn't actually show you how to use it. I've had mine for years and haven't used it in over a year... I can't find the instructions and I can't remember if I push the handle button when I'm pushing away from me or pulling towards me. Anyone help?

Its struggling to suck up water now. After 5th use.
thats Bissell for you, my TurboClean did the same exact thing, after a few uses, I had to push down on the head to get it to suck up any water
Mine also. It won't suck up the water unless I put my foot on the head. No way to make it stay down and suck. Unfortunately I didn't use it enough in the first year either.
This carpet cleaner doesn't really clean as it shows false advertisement
