I'm rushing this fall as a Sophomore (i regretted not doing it my freshman year) at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga so it's a smaller school but im so nervous haha and these videos are so helpful! I'm so excited!

can you talk about having recommendation letters for rush? i’ve heard it briefly mentioned in other videos i’ve seen but i don’t know if it’s something most schools do
most schools do them but they aren't required, just helpful! There should be information on the school's sorority/panhellenic website

Love this video! I am in a smaller sorority called Phi Beta Chi at UNC Chapel Hill. Our situation is a little different because we aren’t in a primary recruitment process but these tips go with our recruitment as well!!!!

so i'm a junior in highschool and this might be a dumb question but ive noticed most girls already live in dorms their freshman year before they join a sorority so can you only be in a sorority if youre a sophmore?
Did they tell you what to wear in a week in advance so that you can plan and get any thing you don’t have.
i’m really tall (5’10) what would you recommend for shoes instead of heels ? im worried that sororities won’t want someone who is so much taller than the rest of the girls :/

Oh Girl! Who cares if you are tall you be tall! I am tall I am an 8th grader and people are like are you a senior bc I am really tall for my age! But girl you be you bc you are so gorgeous! 💜 and if you are tall and they don't like it you know that is not where you need to be
Search short chunky heel on amazon and you can find some that are only like 2”. That way you still get the look without all the height. And they’re soooo easy to walk in! I’m a tall girl and this was my solution for wearing to a wedding. Search Women's Strappy Open Toe Block Heel Sandal by Bella Marie. They have a ton of colors. Make sure to size down so they don’t slip around! (I’m a size 10 in every other shoe and eventually figured out I needed a 9 for a good fit)
