After loading products in open top plastic bags or poly tubing then generally need to be sealed to for packaging, shipping, and storage. Hand impulse poly bag heat sealing machines impulse sealers are designed specifically for this reason. Manual impulse machine often are extremely handy when using poly tubing, where neither side is initially sealed.

+TheRockerxx69 They could seal a Polyethylene bag NOT a PVC bag. Even if you get a good seal a water proof seal can not be guaranteed. We do sell leak proof bags but it still may not perform the way you may want them to. Can I seal a hard plastic sheet over a remote camera control to make waterproof??? Will it keep what s the better plastic to be used and width ?
+TheRockerxx69 Yip it will work. The better plastic to use would be once again is LDPE as it is very flexible and stretchable. The thicker you go the more stiffer it will be. 30 microns would be good for what you are wanting to do.
+TheRockerxx69 I am not sure of your question. If you are asking whether or not the seal would be water proof... it would not. Especially on a "hard" plastic sheet. These sealers are only good for poly film up to 6 mils thick.

How did you get vac seal roll that narrow was size is the roll?
That is regular poly tubing and not Vacuum tubing. However, we do offer a number of widths and lengths in our Vacuum sealer bags if you are interested. Custom sizes may also be a possibility depending on the specifications you may need. www.interplas.com/vacuum-sealer-bags
Does that tubing come in a UV type so it could be out side???

Rahid R, Great question! That dispenser in the video is actually a converted portable shrink wrap dispenser being used for a roll of polyethylene. Please DO NOT use that dispenser for rolls of poly. Please consider an adequate poly tubing dispenser like these www.interplas.com/poly-tubing/poly-tubing-dispenser Polyethylene comes in much heavier rolls than shrink film.
How long does the element wire last? Should it be replaced often?
That is a fantastic question. There are many variables that come into play that would allow your question to be answered easily. Some factors that would need to be considered would be
• Thickness of film
• if the element has come into contact with ink on a bag
• How long the element stays heated in each use
• How many times the element has been engaged
We know that doesn't directly answer your question, but hopefully, it might give you an idea of what to consider. We do offer replacement kits and replacement elements should the need arise.

Would like to say yes, no sweat. However, there isn't one on the market of that size, from any manufacturer or distributor. You may consider a handheld constant heat sealer with a roller. Try googleing "AIE-RS1 roller sealer".
They are quite tricky to master as they must be in constant motion without rolling it to fast or to slow for a decent seal. Not to mention if a straight seel is crucial, it is difficult to have that as well. Plus what is between the poly film being sealed and the surface the film / bag is laying on.
Depending on what you are trying to seal, have you considered heat shrink film? www.interplas.com/shrink-wrap

I need a tool that is going to make a kind of seal/separator line down the center of a piece of plastic, kinda separating it into 2 sides. Would this work? Kinda like you know how the baseball card protector sheets are, how they have the lines to separate each spot for a card? That's what i'm looking for.
+Jsunsetsky87 You can use any heat sealing machine. The bag he is using here is LDPE which is similar to the sleeve you would seal your card collectables. Now days you can get special card collecting sleeves... check EBAY it will be way cheaper.
+Jsunsetsky87 if you are looking to make "pockets" it could be done but you'd want to make sure you have some extra pieces of poly to experiment on since the type of sealer that is shown in this video makes a single straight seal the length of the sealer. If you are wanting to have a sealer that seals in a "dashed line" there is only one way I can think of that you might achieve that and that would be with a Hand Held Roller Constant Heat Sealer. We do not sell those at the moment. The rolling sealers are difficult to use in that you have to keep the sealer constantly moving or else you will put holes in the plastic film. If you move to fast then the film doesn't properly seal. Trying to seal both sides of the film is going to be even trickier. NOT that it can't be done. It will just present some challenges. Hope this helps you out. Post a video and let us know how it turned out!

This suitable for sealing all polyethylene bags. However with cellophane bags you would want to use this sealer www.interplas.com/cellophane-bag-sealer-p-cesm01. Cello (abbreviation of Cellophane) are used predominately with food products that are not already packaged.

can it be used for liquid packing
Rohit Jain, What a great question! It isn't necessarily a question of the sealer being able to seal a package that is holding liquid but more of the material that you are sealing. The short answer would be yes, BUT the seal would not be able to be guaranteed to keep a package from leaking. You may need to consider a laminated water proof package using a Lemo type sealer.
