Nemertines and Vildhjarta are my favourites since their demo years. Nothing has come even remotely close over the years. The problem is that the music is so impactfull it takes me to places i dont want to be. In other words, i can't listen to the music i love because of the mental complications it produces. I secretely listen though when my demons dont watch.
You know an album is good when you close your eyes and feel yourself melting like a pile of sand under immense gravity, and you get projected off into a far unknown corner of the universe.
once I finally have time to get my studio back up and running, collaborating with nemmy is like bucket list material. that bass tone and the horrifying atmosphere are like god tier and I'd love to have that in some of my music!!!
I’ve never been able to figure out how he did the ambience so well (as well as the layering of the low end). The band No Oath has come pretty close though!

Are we the same?
@@onyxjabby6628my two fav bands aswell, as far as modern music goes anyway.
Nemertines is criminally underrated.
I still remember to this day the fist time i listened to Maki.
At 5:20 it pierced through me.
Same! That part is so powerful, I also really love the calm part later on in the song.
If Korn did acid and steroids at the same time...I love it. Monstrum was my gateway album but this is equally as cool.
2006 is nice song. Very groovy.
Going through heartbreak and this album speaks to me so profoundly. Everything in it seeps of relationship trauma.

Please make this album available on Spotify this is too good 🤘
In love might be one of nemertines all time most menacing heaviest songs
most psychedelic for sure
Truly beautiful. I don't understand how this isn't more popular.
This paired with SCD is the darkest and most horrific-sounding era of Nemertines's discography imo
Ya dude lmao SCD is straight horror. I find it hard to listen all the way through at times. Absolute black
For real. "the Worst and Easiest Way" is fucking gnarly
This is absolutely groundbreaking for 2011. Wow
What happened in 2006?
There is some real significance to that song, the production is absolutely amazing and I can feel the pain.
Brings me back to certain emotions from a long time ago. It really does.
All of the reuploads
Hooooooly shiiiiiiiiit!!!!! One song in and already the texture and atmosphere of this project is through the roof.

@@Toasty5386 I like it when a metal band or artist doesn't skimp on the low end. Punch shouldn't have to be so anemic.
Masterpiece !
Forever my favorite album of yours!
3 colors,...is lonely
Been listening for ten years.

It wasn't there. You want it?
Please for the love of god put this on Spotify. So happy to rediscover your old stuff I would love the entire Nemertines discography on Spotify
@@NemertinesOfficial yes please I'm missing it from Spoti way much
The "Teen" album sounds like doom 2016 and John Wick had baby making time and that album was the baby
What?
What is a Nemertine??
a type of parasitic worm
This whole album sound like a compilation of agonizing animals
haha weird haha wouldn't it be crazy if that was the whole point hahaha dang haha
Sabrina never fails mane.
