The most regularly reoccurring piece is a life preserver around Boneless's neck. Which just really adds more to the mystery of what Boneless is and what exactly happened in the apocalypse.
Edit: It has been pointed out to me that the crab claw pops up a few times, as does the helmet. All of them similarly add to the aforementioned mysteries.

Boneless is my all time favourite bit character, the way Courtney always starts off with having to get her voice into character with grunts, you know what's coming. It's so funny to me and just the way Boneless is piled up with junk and props for an outfit.
