A mild injury it's relatively easy to recover... maybe a month.. in a severe case it may take a year or more with a good chance the leg may never be the same again .
A injury to a nerve in Bas Ruttens shoulder finished his career and his affected arm is permanently weaker then the other arm

Its awesome because he went to my highschool. Northwest. Both of my brothers wrestled, and got to meet him. It is like he is my neighbor in a Way!! Ron and Bob are still the coaches too! He still comes and visits my school sometimes. He is a true inspiration.💙💙💙

Watching this after Chandler's UFC debut! What an awesome guy. Focused,Hardworking,Respectful and everything else an inspirational athlete should be! He'll be UFC champion by 2022
He should have been in the UFC a long time ago, but for some reason, the UFC brought Eddie Alvarez in from Bellator. Dana should have got Chandler in from Bellator as well and we would have had some sick fights in the UFC - Chandler vs RDA/Pettis/Ferguson/Barboza etc.

Even though we went to two different schools we had the same wrestling coaches in High School. Ron & Bob Wilhelm are by far the best in the state of Missouri. Not a surprise that Mike is where he's at today. His drive and the Wilhelm twins guiding the ship, sure gave him an excellent foundation. Keep it up brother!

Ufc future champion for sure. This dude a power house. And what i admire the most this guy a small guy he can fight at 145 or even 135. But he chooses to fight at 155 closer to his natural weight. I respect that alot. Unlike khabib killing himself to make 155. Khabib a welterweight but chooses to fight at smaller weight. Why khabib as not made weight before. Khabib good but he should have fought at 170. That what i respect of chandler

Meanwhile more & more of the wealth is hoarded by the 1% & the 0.1%. ... 90%+ of all the new wealth since 1985 has gone to the 1%. Currently the wealthiest 20% own 93%+ of all the wealth. Thus the 80% are left to share less than 7%. In the 1950s, 60s, one job per family was plenty. The disparity today is unfair & unsustainable. This will crash the economy.
