- Weather Man Cory McCloskey makes light of situation of the computer glitch displaying 1000+, 2000+ degrees on the weather map from Fox10 Phoenix on January 27th, 2014! Too funny!
Fox 10 posted this to their Facebook account on January 27th, 2015 video.php?v=... and it's not on their CZcams Channel either! / @livenowfox Facebook wouldn't let me post it to Pinterest or Google+, so I had to save it and add it to my own channel! This was too funny not to share!
"dont even bother looting up there" "steel boils at this temperature" omg this guy is awesome
that improve omg, i died, give him a bonus, he saved the day
J Logan my abdomen is cramping
Everyone in Cave Creek was vaporized. My condolences if you had any family there.
Ain't global warming a bitch?
Fox News doesn't believe in global warming
I live in that area lol
+Polandball the
Californium Roblox Channel
This isn't even Fox News...
Fox News is a national channel and this is a local channel.
This guy is the boss of meteorologists. He turned a simple mistake and created a brilliant 2 minute comedy routine.
1 minute
That comedy is 1 minute long
@@lukkruk6904 Thank you, Captain Pedantry
@@lukkruk6904 still its hilarious
Clearly you haven’t heard of Jim Kosek back during his AccuWeather days.
"I think steel boils at about this temperature", that's my kind of weatherman lol.
The greatest weather report of all time.
"...I think steel BOILS, at about this temperature, so...don't even bother looting up there...it's not going to be worth it..."
Hahahahahah
The weather reporter is just ahead of the curve delivering to you future weather report from Mercury Colony
The funniest part of this to me is that Cave Creek is literally at the temperature where steel would boil
"Wickenburg is total lost you might as well just get out!" Man gets me every time 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That line gets me too. I bust up at that one every time.
I love how smooth and professional he remains the whole time, as if nothing was wrong. Now THAT takes some skill! I would've been on the floor crying as soon as I saw those numbers! LOL!! Kudos to that guy. He should get a raise. Say... $2,960 more a year?
...don't even bother looting there, it's not going to work LMAO
@@marcallan9577 looting... well that’s awkward
Cory McCloskey is hands down the most talented, wittiest, and funniest person on that program. Bravo for not throwing graphics under the bus and just rolling with it. A pro.
"I think steels boils at this temperature"
🤣🤣🤣
“Steel boils at this temperature.”😂
Just an average day in Arizona
so true
Mount MC ha
Summer here in Australia seems similar.
We would all be dead instantly
Yeah, melting Steel in the backyard
The moment Cory McCloskey realised he had future in stand-up comedy if this whole meteorologist thing doesn't work out.
“Frankly Wickenburg is a total loss.” I’M CRYING!
But, It's a dry heat.
+MangoHombre nice
MangoHombre Nice Jeff Dunham reference.
I laughed....so hard at that

Me too lol

This is the best laugh I have had in years!!! His co-workers can barely keep it together ... "Steel boils at this temperature." OMG, I can't EVEN stop laughing!
Oh my gosh! "I'm not your Dad, but get out." and "don't even bother looting" Two funniest lines ever!
“Surprise is starting to heat up as well at 1300 degrees” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
How this man didn’t crack up or laugh at all is beyond me. This is awesome
I have to rewatch this every several months to keep me sane.
Excellent improvisation skills.
He's riddled with them.
This is so fantastic, he didn't even miss a beat
I love the way he just rolled with it, and improvised a report as if those were the actual temperatures. I think I saw this on one of those "list" shows on the Weather Channel, like the best weather moments on TV or whatever.
I hope he wins an award for comedy in journalism! I can't stop laughing!
What a pro. I think weather people have the best senses of humor on the newscasts.
His name is Cory McCloskey, the meteorologist for Fox 10 in Arizona, He's acted, modeled, recorded jingles for national commercials, and sings for the band December '63! He has brilliant improvisational skills, describing the errors in this map as a "gold field," for comedy.
This is the textbook example of thinking on one's feet. I will GUARANTEE this is a SMART guy off the air. The #1 prerequisite for being funny is being smart. I laugh out loud at his counsel and observations concerning the boiling point of steel every single time I watch this clip.
LOL Thanks, Steve!
Yes, he is very talented. He does a lot of local theater in Gilbert. I saw him as Scrooge a few years ago.
I have lost count of how many time I have seen this. What a talent! Have a good laugh everytime I see this.
That guy is awesome way to go with it
Has to be the best ad lib at taking a technical foul up and turning it into a comedy sketch. This guy is missing his calling if he is not doing some stand up somewhere.
I literally lost when he said Wickenburg is a total loss
Yeah, but that statement is correct even at normal temperatures.
I was in Cave Creek when I first saw this on the news
I love how he just rolls with it.
This guy rules. He'll be the guy giving the forecast during the apocalypse. :)
Oh wow! Gourmillle is cold at 80,000,000,000,000 degrees!
Just a typical summer day in the valley of perpetual heat.
Those not glitched out numbers in the 60s say otherwise. True summer temps never gets down that low.
'I think steel boils at about this temperature' 😂😂😂😂
He deserves a raise!!!
Here from Reddit? Same
HAHAHAAHA lol, yes
Haha yes me to!
The guys just *dying* back there. Love it.
They say the British can keep it cool and carry on when faced with technical errors/bloopers. Well I think this more than proves that Americans also have what it takes. Great job!
this is the video that no matter what kind of sense of humor you have, you can laugh at
Thank-you Cory for exhibiting true comedic genius,
I'm not your Dad.....
But you are... Daddy ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
You’re not my dad!
leftcoaster67 daddy!!!!
That was my favorite part!
Enjoy your 69th like.
This guy is a real pro!
That is the best weather blooper of all time and the weatherman is so cool.
Trust me, this is normal Arizona weather.
Still hilarious after all these years.
he is def getting a raise
WISH ALL WEATHER MEN COULD HAVE THESE FUNNY MOMENTS.I MEAN HOW COULD YOU EXPLAIN THIS ANY OTHER WAY.FINE JOB
XD he handled it like a boss
👏🏽
Straight Beast Mode. I watch this every so often and i still laugh!!!! He never missed a beat. Thats how someone should react when theres a glitch lol. Amazing.
The funniest weather broadcast of all time, alongside Brody the dog on Fox 13 Tampa!!
everytime I see this I laugh - The Steell metling is a great line!@!!!
I've lived in Phoenix for 25 years. I don't remember this cold front sweeping through....
I wonder how many actually evacuated those cities from seeing the weather channel
Also I'm here before this video shows up in everyones recommend.
Cory sure has the weather report under control, even with the temperature graphic gone crazy. He is funny as hell to. How did that happen, the temps graphic getting messed up? Great job, Cory!!
he must ve got a promotion after this😂
“I’m not your dad” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
"again I'm not your dad" bruh I cANT
OMG this was hilarious! I'd say Cave Creek is perfect for looting if you like your chicken extra crispy, or you steak well done! 😂
So that explains why my truck was boiling on my driveway...
More like evaporated
As a resident of cave creek, my whole family got melted right before my eyes. Just a normal day here...
Greatest news moment in history
This makes me happy every time I see it! Lucky for me Mesa was one of the safe spots! 😂😂😂
Sorry my mixtape did so much damage
2 seconds after this video ended the station manager burst onto the set and offered the cool weatherman a lifetime contract!

Seems pretty accurate
Nailed it!
That folks is how you lemons into lemonade......very hot lemonade
I love how he sees that and just plays along. XD
"The temperature seems pretty high"
Plot twist: These were the actual temperatures
If you're in the Cave Creek area, please like this video before you die. Of Heat stroke! XD
Don't think its heat stroke, I think its melting your eyeballs and the skin fleshing off of your body.
I think steel boils at this temperature!
As an Arizonian, wickenberg has always been a loss
"A very wet day in Phoenix" is it rains for two minutes then stops. ;)
He sounds like an unforzen caveman weatherman.😂
Very smooth.
Bartender ; gimme a boiling mug of steel ..
Heating up at about 1300 degrees, good weather for a beach day
Bit excessive for a suntan, don't you think?
Joshua Madoc I need several jars of lotion for that beach
That is to assume the water didn't evaporate
Ha! He needs to be a comedian! Also, You should notice in the top right corner it says AccuWeather. Ironic!
Mom: It’s not hot outside go play
Outside:
He's not my dad, but he can be my Daddy
It can also withstand a temperature of over one thousand degrees! (Killer smile) 😁😁
Fox 10:
“AccuWeather”
Weather Man Cory McCloskey makes light of situation of the computer glitch displaying 1000+, 2000+ degrees on the weather map from Fox10 Phoenix on January 27th, 2014! Too funny! This'll not be a glitch in 5 billion years
2960 degrees=normal tempeture in Arizona
He is awesome
I know it can get really hot in the Phoenix Metro, but I have some friends there who say that this isn't too far off. 😂
The fact it’s in Arizona makes it so possible
Good ol Aussie winter
But it's a DRY heat!
