@@AshwiB21 Diary products no where helps for the child growth. The good fat from the milk could be helpful for low deficiency childs . Otherwise egg, keerai is sufficient enough to fullfill the basic suppliment.
@@AshwiB21 dairy is good source of calcium, vitamin b12 , and protein. If you can get those nutrients from other sources as per the requirement, dairy is not necessary. The decision needs to be based on accessibility and availability. In general Indian vegetarians shouldn't avoid dairy as their other foods are lack of vitamin b12

Im diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Its comes under inflammatory bowel disease. Under this two disease is there - chrons and. Ulcerative colitis. After diagnosis my grasping power , self analysis and much thinking capacity decrease. I avoided many mnc company jobs and get into freelancing because of auto immune disease - IBD - ulcerative colitis.
Im in remission for past 3 years. Still cant able to perform like before . Still i missing my old me.
Im just 28 right now. Many young babies are suffering from auto immune condition.
Currently removing colon may have better living.
What the doctor saying about gut issue will decrease think capacity and efficiency is true.
