Hi there, thanks for dropping by! We actually have a costing video coming up real soon where we also share our experience with budgeting and decision making. Based on our experience, a full renovation on terrace house in Malaysia could set you back anywhere between RM200k-500k, heavily depending on the square footage of your home, the materials you choose, and also the vendors you work with. Ours was slightly above the RM400k mark excluding furnitures and the balcony glass roof. Do watch our upcoming video on this! Hope that helps! 😊
