I love how this movie has no supernatural stuff in it, it's just straight out horror that can happen in real life, which actually makes it scarier.
The moral of the story is: dont sleep in an empty building without having fully charged your phone or told anyone you would go there. Aka dont be stupid
The moral of the story:
I had a similar situation. I was trapped in my new house balcony for 18+ hours. Without food, water, or phone. It was the most horrifying experience of my life.
The fact that none of his colleagues bothered about his absence is horrifying
The moral of the story is sometimes life just fucks you over and the best you can do despite the pointlessness of it all is to persevere
Moral of the story is if people don’t realize you are missing after a week, then you need new friends, a new job, or speak to your family more.
I've genuinely never heard of a door you can't open from the inside, is that a design thing, is it standard outside the U.S. I'm honestly perplexed at the idea.
The moral of the story is: Just because you survived dosent mean you'll be treated any differently, live for yourself and not for the praise of others.
I'm really hoping that the girl wasn't right for him and the universe secretly did him a solid preventing him from getting married to her, but set him on the path to finding the right person. Also he should be proud as hell that he persevered and overcame that huge obstacle. It's a story to tell his grandkids
All I was scared about was, "What if the door shuts again when he visited the apartment for the 2nd time"
"Wow, at this point Shaurya deserves to be trapped" and "Shaurya now officially has my vote for the Darwin award" - the commentary on this channel is spot on by saying exactly what we are all thinking. Thanks
This movie teaches us one moral: Never lock yourself inside a house without any access to water and electricity whatsoever otherwise you're going through the same struggle like the guy.
The end where no one cares about him n he misses his opportunities hits home pretty hard in this one
This reminds me of the time I was trapped inside of a service elevator. I thought it was a normal elevator, but it had a card swipe unlock pad on it. I thought that was for unlocking inaccesible service floors (i.e. basement), but oohh noo, far worse...the second the doors shut, the elevator is locked. Can't go up, down or reopen doors on the SAME floor without card access that I didn't have. Needless to say, I called the police to get my raggedy behind out of there. Luckilly a serviceman casually opened the elevator to do his work and I ran out.
The moral of the story: We must learn to appreciate the little things that many at times we take for granted.
All we know is that this house will be 100% safe from thieves :)
I remember I watched this movie on a plane when I was kinda young and started feeling uneasy so I stopped watching it. I started to develop a fear of being locked inside rooms but it's gone now. Now that I watch it, it's a really great movie so thx for covering it:)

He was so mesmerized when he got to see the apartment for first time noticing it's hallway, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. But didn't pay any attention to know if water and electricity will be accessible here.
