sucks that it was stressful for him but genuinely he crushed it. the first time i watched the episode i genuinely thought the original cast had just dubbed over it and tried to mimic kayvan's own voice instead??? he did SO amazing, his voice is incredible, seriously one of my new heroes.

Really? I thought all of his impressions were pretty bad…none of them sounded like the other guys- he gave all them especially Lazlo, a nasal quality their voices don’t really have…it would’ve been better if they did just dub them over it..

@@SimonFoston Literally came here having found that out and looking to hear his natural voice to compare, because I've seen him in Fonejacker, Facejacker and WWDITS, probably loads of other stuff and never heard him speak in his own person.
Speaking as a pretty bloody accomplished impressionist and voice actor myself, Kayvan is a goshdarn _DEMIGOD_
I watched that episode recently but only realised half way through that most of his voices weren’t dubbed and he was doing them himself. Amazing impersonations.

There’s also the fact that often impressions are done spontaneously like in an improv style, so when you’re asked to do an impression on the spot it’s easy to tighten up, just speaking from experience.

I've loved Kayvan since he did FoneJacker here in the UK. I felt he was underappreciated and now we've lost another good actor to overseas and we're stuck with mostly reality shows which I hate!
