I am truly convinced that Cop viewers are actually driven by a sort of sadistic pleasure they get from watching certain people get punished, because they never seem to care about how the punishments affect the characters, only how the punishments affect the player.
Penta loved reporting players all the time and getting people banned, but when he gets a slap on the wrist ban for 3 days, he freaked out, lashed out, whined nonstop, quit NoPixel, and tried his best to destroy Koil and NoPixel.
Penta, MoonMoon, DivaJilly, and their ilk are all the same. They love to see others be punished and suffer, but can never handle any consequences themselves.

I like how surprised Kevin is that they´re not role playing it out. Maybe he assumes people are like him, taking shit for years and still keep going. Even when he started roleplaying like 7 years ago, people shit on him because he did comedy RP. His character wasn´t powerful at all, and he was basically bullied. This was when he had just a couple of hundred viewers. People who are new and see how powerful he is might think that it´s always been like that, but no, they treated him like shit because he didn´t RP the way they wanted him to.

The streamers only say that because chatters start hopping and bullying the streamers. They would rather deal with it in private behind the scenes, not out in the open because of chatters. Of course some things go OOC, but the viewers should have no input in the situation. It should left to the parties involved and that's it.

…,Oh and to answer your original question: The point of repeatedly hunting Siobhan (couldn’t go after mOOC Because he got effectively banned from the server for being a *literal* crybaby😢) was a month-long role-play scenario where she was abusing her power the entire time and targeting them so they began to target the bullies that were in power. Seeing as that was the only recourse in Game because the cops did nothing the DOJ did nothing and the council did nothing. They literally had no other avenue to RP. They could just sit in the house all day like Siobhan did… that’s some S tier role-play. Then after both of them fled the server to avoid consequences abruptly, CG led a revolution and kicked out the old government and installed a new one. I know it’s hard to comprehend all this if your memory only lasts like 8 seconds.
This all was such a surprise to me how everything went from 0 to 100. I used to think she was really cool and liked the vibes with her an CG around the time Ramee was a lawyer but then stuff just kept going further and further apart. It's sad but all things aren't meant to last I guess.

I actually liked Siobhan and thought the streamer behind the character was making a conscious decision to RP the corrupt government arc, I always had a feeling from Moon that he would quit once things were not going his way anymore but I genuinely thought the streamer behind Siobhan was going to RP out her consequences, boy was I wrong!

So interesting to see how this whole thing went. Dab & Siobhan got along so well with CG early on but then the relationship turned a complete 180. Can't even remember what started the sour relationship.
CG voting for tuggz started all this. Siobhan sent K some snarky text. Then CG got fed up with the council passing horrible legislations/laws, specifically huge fines for government equipment and decided to storm the meeting
TL:DR Because Moon used to be subbed to CG when Kebun was maxing 500 avg viewers.
Hoppers fueled by ooc comments on stream caused this. Seeing the CG guys do nothing to deter hopping and doubling down on going ooc was disappointing to Moonmoon (Because yelling at idiots in chat is a Moonmoon staple). Which is why Moonmoon stated in character that "One of us has changed and it's not me" implying that Kebun has changed since he was a 500 viewer streamer back in 2019. Wish we could have seen him pop up as Chase Clouter for one last job before he left, but we got the infamous screaming scene which didn't look too great and once again Kebun doesn't do the mature thing and keeps going ooc eventually pushing Siobhan away from the server.
This other guy implying it occurred from in character stuff is braindead. Yung Dab was designed to lose and losing rp doesn't bother Moon half as much as this guy thinks. He just presumes Moon cares about losing as much as his streamer does.

Here is the thing, Max/MoonMoon always hated CG, he never played with CG in 2.0 or 3.0, very little interactions, remember in 4.0, MoonMoon/Max give prio to Chris and removed it the following day after he saw that Chris is with CG, NP always been split between groups and OCC hate how successful CG has been and most people are not even close to them.

The CG relationship began fracturing when the Penta vs CG mud slinging happened he was caught on stream with penta shittalking them. Penta got banned, Moonmoon made a few comments but NoPixel picked MoonMoon as a admin and it all seemed resolved until the Mayor arc when CG voted tuggs, and CG didn't pick up lenny even after he sat on their porch for a week. It was all downhill from that point of no return between CG and Moonmoon

If I was an Admin and I had been there, the second I heard Moon say "cry gang", I would have immediately stepped in, told everyone to leave and ended that meeting, then take Moon in the back and told him to immediately F8 and stay off the server for the rest of the day and then I would have immediately reported him to Koil. I mean if you take the job then you do the job, you don't just take the job and then ignore or stay out of the bad stuff when it happens.

To be fair, she kept it within RP from what I saw. She might have felt some type of way OOC, but didn’t voice it. Her character has nothing left really after that arc, she was mainly a lawyer and that probably won’t happen unless she becomes a pd prosecutor which seems unlikely. She definitely not becoming a judge and unlikely she joins the pd. Doesn’t leave much else really unless she creates a new character which most people don’t want to do.

Honestly im shocked onx even wanted her on the server after what happened. Yes she was rping as a evil witch and a dictators wife BUT she also went ooc ALOT and brought ALOT of negative vibes to the server during. I will say that before all the ooc shit and during the first term she was good at rp and she still is good at rp when you just look at the rp BUT when you bring all the other stuff i wouldnt want all that drama shit on a server i play on or would own.
