Dry Butter Chicken with Egg Floss | Recipe | Micah's Cookery

Recipe Size: 5-6
Ingredients:
Marinate
2 Chicken Breast, skinless and cut into cube
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 whole Egg
1 cup Milk
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
For the Egg Floss
7-8 Egg Yolks
100g Butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Chicken stock powder
13 pcs of Curry leaf
1-2 pcs of Red chili (bird's eye chili)
2-4 Cups cooking oil (Canola or Coconut)
