Thanks for sharing bro. The problem is most people are in haste to be called masters or make money but do not have patience to learn the skillset that will set them apart. I went through basic education, three years vocational school (general electrical) , four years apprenticeship training, plus when i graduated i worked for people with little or no pay but in all these i gathered the experience and skills. The upcoming youth need common sense and patience.
It is important that the owner is present when the finishing touches is being made. if that was my property I could not live with that workmanship and I would not have the money to fix what is required to be fixed, so \i would end up having an early death from severe depression. Thanks for showing and emphasising the importance of choosing the right work force.
