We recently visited Kumrat, and it's open for travel. Jahaz Banda and Katora Lake are also open. The route to Katora Lake was closed a few days ago due to a glacier collapse, but now it's open again, and you can visit it any time. For more information, try contacting the locals. I am planning to visit on coming weekend. Please guide how is the road condition? I have suzuki cultus 2018 model. Will it be easy to reach Thal bazar on it?

It would be better to plan your trip for next weekend since there was snow last weekend. Considering the road conditions, the route after Upper Dir is very bumpy and takes about 3 hours to reach the thal bazaar. Regarding vehicle suitability, a Cultus should be fine for the journey; we managed it in a Mira 660cc without any issues.

Agar aap pichle saal Kashmir aur Babusar top ghoom aaye hain, to is baar Kumrat Valley jaane ka sochen. Kumrat ke lush green meadows, crystal clear rivers aur pine forests aapko naya aur yaadgar experience denge. Taobat bhi khoobsurat hai, lekin Kumrat ka tranquil atmosphere behtareen choice hogi. It's not an Alto; it's a Mira, a Japanese 660cc car. you can go easily on it. the road is bumpy but we managed it easily .
