I was disappointed when some of my recent Bellroy purchases had inferior OOK zippers and your support team told me they were supposedly better and it's what you'd be going with in the future. Caused me to not buy the Travel Folio and look elsewhere. Good to see you've perhaps taken feedback to heart.
Hello Bellroy! I love my Venture Sling. I've had it for less than a month now, I got that exact model in Ranger Green. But I have noticed one of the letters in the rubber front logo is coming off 😢 Is there a way to correct this?
I have this bag a few years now and those holes don't let any rain in. It's the way it's designed, the zips reach right over the holes so no water drips in.
I'm enjoying your collection a lot. I just got and love the city pouch and sling. This one is the next one I'm getting.

that would be better if zipper can be fully closed. i mean small item may be lost from the gap between zipper end and bag
很棒的包包，外型很好看，但當一個有防水拉鍊的包包，兩側卻有洞會讓水進入的可能，絕不會是首選。
希望可以出兩側沒洞的款式，包包真的很好看😂
