- Lots of people throw things like agility, innovation, leadership, change management, and a whole lot more into the "digital mindset" concept. That's just fluff. People were agile, innovative, leaders, and change agents, long before digital technologies came into the world.
A digital mindset is much simpler. It's about analyzing and managing information in the digital world, so we can solve problems in the real world.

At one level this is a piece of related information, but this doesn't describe how come 1/3 of Norwegian have a sort of mental illness, don't they have a digital mindset?
Can't they use a smartwatch, mobile, cloud storage and every conceivable digital thing to correct real-world problems like mental health or social issues of broken families?

Yes indeed they can, and I can't speak for why, but gets you thinking...
Perhaps its the constant cold - in which case a digital solution would be to create large heated spaces with virtual reality/digital screens that show nature and other mind calming images, for people to get respite from harsh realities of life.
Perhaps on a small scale is VR glasses/apps that can transport them into a different world for a few moments
Perhaps its building a social connection network for this small group of patients for community support.
Perhaps the government can distribute digital cash to poor citizens or a combination of many of the above and many more.
The possibilities exist. The ecosystem should support it, or maybe it's a gap for a business to start....
