Up until recently, most of the mods remained lock into earlier versions of Minecraft because the stability of the game plummeted after the update that changed the world.

@ayoub bani That.. doesn't matter, pvp was changed in 1.9 - this is later than 1.9, so 1.9 pvp applies
You can very clearly see the cooldown for the axe at Sigils' crosshair, which he doesn't pay attention to and consistently spams
