It comes with three kinds of threads size, 1/4’’, 3/8’’, 5/8’’, so if the mic has those sizes adapter, then yes.
At 0:42, can that space where the USB C cable is put through fit an XLR cable or does it depend on what cable i buy?
It can also fit the standard XLR cable for home usage, those for live events that have much thicker shielding may not fit.

13 inches off the table? That's not low profile. Elgato's LP mic arm is only 6.5"
