- This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath base game single story, easy play home with a sunken living room and no custom content. It was built on 'Cookout Lookout' in Newcrest and is perfect for roomies or a small family.

The photos/paintings are not custom content. They are painted/photographed in-game by various simmers. I hashtag those who recreated the art in the lot description. You can find more artwork on their gallery pages in the Sims 4 Gallery.

Hi guys! If you are wondering about the artwork they are NOCC paintings/photos from the SIms 4 gallery. I talk a bit about how these are made in my last video: czcams.com/video/3CgkKlrULQU/video.html. When these are made correctly the game does not count them as custom content, you do not need any packs to use them and they will be in the build if downloaded. You do not need to download anything external and they do not mark your builds as CC. I hashtag all the simmers whose artwork I used in the lot description so you can find them in the gallery and download their recreations. There is a quick link to my build in the gallery in the video description where you can check the hashtags. Thanks!

ea has no excuse, you have made some of the nicest base game houses I have ever seen.
Kendal Robie they definitely could improve but they have a certain number of items they can put on each lot so the game will run on every computers

Thank you! To have 2 different levels you need to knock the floor out in the area you want sunken. To do so there needs to be a fence or half wall around the area and then draw a fence in front of the stairs so the game will recognize it as a separate are, then remove the floor. Maybe I'll do a video on this.

Thank you! Mark off the area you want lowered with a fence, then use the hammer on the floor in the fenced in area.YOu can then remove the fence , add stairs etc.

Where do you get the wall art that you use? Do you make it yourself or get it off the game gallery? If you get it off the gallery, who is the creator? Also what style would you class this build as? I love all your builds.
Thanks! The artwork is from the gallery - I hashtag all the simmers who recreated the artwork in the lot description (I use several different simmers photos/paintings) There is a link to the gallery in the vid description which will show the lot description. I would call this house contemporary -ish in style

It depends on the size of the build, this one didn't take so long, maybe 10 hours in total.

At 2.20 what dou you use for a door for the wardrobe?
It's a door frame with the 'seeing glass door' placed halfway in the door frame and halfway in the wall. You need move objects on and to delete the wall to place the door.
Hello. Where do I get all these packages of objects and construction tricks? the base game doesn't allow us to be part of those things.
This house is base game, it was made with no packs. Check my tutorial playlists for base game decor ideas where I show you how and where to find the objects I use =)
