    This exercise is designed in increase hamstring flexibility as well as improve low back mobility. Use this exercise if you need to stretch your hamstrings or low back muscles. Never push through any pain of any nature with this exercise. As an added bonus it also helps tight calf muscles and neural tension of the sciatic nerve in some instances.

    How long should you do this for I. e. How many reps? And how often?

      3 sets of 25 everyday maybe

    Palms to floor pike is excellent hamstring length

    Is it safe for my last 2 bulging discs?

      Good question and 100% something you should speak to a person to a trusted person who is working directly with you online or in person. Have I done this with people who had disc herniations? Yes, very much late stages and definitely no radicular symptoms. Is it safe or right for you at this particular moment? I have no idea
