Saw Beth a couple of weeks ago in Santa Rosa. Wow! She's my favorite artist I've discovered on CZcams. It's a shame she's not more famous but on the other hand we get to see her at some pretty intimate venues. Anybody reading this, if you get a chance to see her don't miss it. She's a fabulous performer!

Beth Hart is an entity all on her own. Now since you have experienced her stuff may I suggest that you look into Susan Tedeschi. Especially her early solo career stuff that will blow your mind. You know, with the help of technology in a studio most anyone can sound good. To really see what a singer is about you need to catch live performances. Beth is one of the greatest singers out there right now. She really should be much bigger than she is.

Really enjoyed your reaction. Beth is the most versatile female performer out there. She can set at the piano, sing an original that makes you weep. Belt out a blues song with her band that cuts to your soul or go to an uninhibited rock of a Zeppelin song all in the same night. Check out her performance of “Caught Out In The Rain” at Royal Albert Hall, 2018. I think you will really enjoy it.

Glad you guys were able to see Beth live. (You should post the concert video to this channel). Love that laugh. Asia, nice comments on the way Beth channels, and becomes, the music. She has no filter, just a live wire, exactly the same way SRV played the guitar. Right BJ, she makes covers her own, takes tremendous risks, covers the greatest singers (Etta James, Tina Turner, Billie Holiday, etc.) but only sings a song she can directly relate to. I wish Amy Winehouse got to live on she could have had an amazing career right into her older years, Beth had a lot of "touch & go" times with serious drug addiction but through Support from her loving partner & others close to help her find herself, she pulled herself out of the Devil's grip of Drug addiction. Beth deserves so much praise, I love the amazing musician she is, was & will become as the years go on!

I’m a huge fan of Beth ♥️. I to saw her live recently, and she is absolutely phenomenal. You mentioned about her doing covers, so I’m going to suggest another cover that many reactors overlook. It’s another collaboration with Joe Bonomasa on a song originally done by the late great Billie Holiday called “Strange Fruit”. The song deals with racial tensions during the 40’s and 50’s in the southern states. You really should listen to this one
