How is Sonny and Carly afraid of the love that Jason had for Elizabeth?....that comment just don't make sense to me....did Sonny or Carly tell Jason not to leave the business?....I am trying to understand.....what Sonny told Liz was true.....she see sawed Jason for years so it's understandable what Sonny told her.
it always irritates me when someone blames liz for pushing jason away, jason also pushed liz away years ago, he told her over and over his life was too dangerous and she was willing to risk her life for him., they've gone back and forth so many times through the years but they can't stay away from each other.

When Jason got with Sam he didn’t act as if Liz even existed, and he sure wasn’t running to her for anything. So I’m thinking you’re definitely reading way too much into something that was never ever there, at least not up until Jason broke up with Sam and found out she slept with Ric, had a ONS then found out that Liz did in fact have his child. Denial can be you worst enemy in some cases!! 😂
And I hate the fact that Sonny has the nerve to say Elizabeth doesn't have the courage to live Jason's lifestyle. She's saved Jason's life twice, destroyed Jason's PCPD file, snuck a phone into jail when Sam was locked up in 2006 to help Jason, etc., etc.,etc. And I hate even more that Jason did not defend Elizabeth when Sonny said that about her or that it was HIS and Elizabeth's decision, and he still will be there for Elizabeth if she ever needs him.
Elizabeth was definitely able to live his life but he kept telling her his life was dangerous and wanted to keep her safe. He didn't want her to live his lifestyle because it was dangerous.
Have you all forgotten the scene where Lis is playing with Jake and sees the news broadcast of Jason being attacked outside the police station. She says to Jake, And that is why we can never be together with your real father. His life is too dangerous no matter how much he loves you. And when Jason ask her to marry him, she says no because his life is too dangerous. Liz has said she could live with the danger, but when put on the spot, she quickly backs away. Hell, she would not even let him tell his own mother, but allowed Lucky to tell HIS mother and father. Liz’s wanted to have Jason on the side, hidden away. And don’t forget, that was all Liz’ idea. Meeting in secret. What kind of life was that for Jason? She still had her life, she could be with her kids whenever she wanted. She still had Lucky whenever she wanted him. What did Jason have? He tried to leave once and that was for Robin, but when Carly pushed her into telling AJ the truth, that was the nail and broke them up and he stayed in the mob and when he proposed again and then Michael got shot, she asked him saying so you would choose that life, the violence over me and the boys and he told her he made that choice long before they even met, so I don't think he would change.

I liked spinelli and the things he said to ric and calling jason "stone cold" it fit him so well. Jason wanted and loved liz,jake,cam wanted to be with them it was sad the writers did not make this happen for them like years ago
The scene with Rick, Spinelli and Jason is priceless, Spinelli's so funny in this. I love that Jason is ready to kill Rick and tells Sonny he will if Rick had anything to do with the threat against Liz and her babies whether Sonny likes it or not.
